Warranty and Return Policy

Permanent boot modifications such as cutbacks, traction studs, and gel pads will void all exchange and return policies.

Exchange Information:  Unmodified boots may be exchanged for a different size within 30 days. Lightly used boots will be exchanged for a pair in equal (or better) condition.

There is a 30-day boot performance and satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds will be issued upon return of the boots, but you must allow us to first troubleshoot and help you with boot performance issues. If we are unable to resolve any boot performance issues to customer satisfaction, the boots can be returned for a refund. Boots returned without any troubleshooting will be assessed a 17% restocking fee, and used/worn boots will be subject to the refund being pro-rated depending on the degree of wear/use.

Warranty: 90-day warranty on boot parts, and against defects in materials and workmanship. Add-on modifications of traction studs and gel pads have no warranty.

There is no warranty for tread wear. A properly-moving horse with a heel-first landing can expect to get 400-700+ miles out of the boot tread, depending on factors such as terrain, gait, speed, and horse movement.  Toe-first landings or toe-dragging will experience significantly less mileage in the toe region and more wear and tear on the boot structure. Boot damage or excessive tread wear related to said movement is not the fault of the hoof boot, and there is no warranty for tread wear and no warranty for structural damage caused by a toe-first landing, toe-dragging, or overreaching.

Shipping Information:

In any case that you need to send boots back to us, please be sure they are clean. Dirty boots will be assessed a $5/boot cleaning fee.

Include a note in the box with your name and contact information, and what you need (size for exchange, return, etc).
