Boots returned without any troubleshooting will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. Used/worn boots may also be subject to a pro-rated warranty depending on the degree of wear/use.

Warranty: 90-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

There is no warranty for tread wear. A properly-moving horse with a heel-first landing can expect to get 400-700+ miles out of the boot tread, depending on factors such as terrain, gait, speed, and horse movement.  Toe-first landings or toe-dragging will experience significantly less mileage in the toe region and more wear and tear on the boot structure. Boot damage or excessive tread wear related to said movement is not the fault of the hoof boot, and there is no warranty for tread wear and no warranty for structural damage caused by a toe-first landing, toe-dragging, or overreaching.

Shipping Information:

In any case that you need to send boots back to us, please be sure they are clean, as there will be a $5/boot washing fee if not, thank you.

Include a note in the box with your name and contact information, and what you need (size for exchange, return, etc).
